As practised in traditional Japanese painting techniques, Sumi‑Shadow Pigments add a hint of shade that transforms colour into lip‑sculpting hues. With a single swipe of colour, contours are defined and the fullness of lips are enhanced. The gently muted undertone awakens the complexion for a naturally enhanced finish.

How to set refill
Gently insert the refill into SENSAI CONTOURING LIPSTICK HOLDER that comes separately.
Keeping the cap on, firmly push the refill into the holder until the line on the refill is hidden. After setting the refill, take the cap off.
If the line on the refill appears during use, firmly push the refill into the holder again.
The refill can be changed and multiple colours can be used with one holder. In that case, do not throw the cap away.

Delivery Information

Capital Store delivers in Oman and we estimate that your order is expected to be delivered within 1 to 2 (one to two) working days inside Muscat and 4 to 5 (four to five) working days outside Muscat from the day you receive your order confirmation email.

For all orders of OMR20 and above: delivery will be free of charge

For all other orders below OMR20: delivery fee per invoice will be 2.5 OMR

If no one is available to accept delivery of the order, you will have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date or be given additional information about the collection of your order from the courier company.

Orders are delivered Saturday through Thursday, excluding Friday and public holidays.

During the delivery process you might be asked to show identification, this to ensure a correct delivery.




Returns Information

Consumer Protection Law grants you the right to exchange or return and redeem the price of a defective item according to the following:

You may exchange or return and redeem the price of an item within 15 days of receiving it.

The policy does not apply to the rapidly perishable goods.

An item may be exchanges or returned and refunded if it bears any defect, or does not meet with the standard specifications or the purpose of the contract.

A valid receipt must be provided.
