HOW TO APPLY
To fill in eyebrows with color, brush DIPBROW® Gel onto brows starting at the arch and extending through the tail. Next, fill from the front of the eyebrow to the arch with the remaining product, being mindful to move in the direction of the hair’s natural growth.
To fill in sparse areas of the eyebrow, use the tip of the brush to apply the eyebrow gel directly onto the skin and then blend through the brow for natural-looking texture.
To achieve full coverage, brush the eyebrow gel through the brows a second time to create hairlike strokes. This eyebrow technique is ideal for creating a full-feathered eyebrow look. Use the wide side of the brush and comb through hairs in an upward motion.

Delivery Information

Capital Store delivers in Oman and we estimate that your order is expected to be delivered within 1 to 2 (one to two) working days inside Muscat and 4 to 5 (four to five) working days outside Muscat from the day you receive your order confirmation email.

For all orders of OMR20 and above: delivery will be free of charge

For all other orders below OMR20: delivery fee per invoice will be 2.5 OMR

If no one is available to accept delivery of the order, you will have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date or be given additional information about the collection of your order from the courier company.

Orders are delivered Saturday through Thursday, excluding Friday and public holidays.

During the delivery process you might be asked to show identification, this to ensure a correct delivery.




Returns Information

Consumer Protection Law grants you the right to exchange or return and redeem the price of a defective item according to the following:

You may exchange or return and redeem the price of an item within 15 days of receiving it.

The policy does not apply to the rapidly perishable goods.

An item may be exchanges or returned and refunded if it bears any defect, or does not meet with the standard specifications or the purpose of the contract.

A valid receipt must be provided.
