EXPERT'S ADVICE
Lip liner pencils are essential for adding color and definition to pale, barely visible lips, but they're also useful for highlighting lips of any shape and size. The process involves first applying the liner and then applying lipstick in the desired texture. For those who don't like overly defined lips, we recommend reversing the order of application: lipstick first, followed by liner. This way, the line will be less visible but still effective.

HOW TO USE IT
After outlining the lip line with a lip pencil, you can blend it across the entire lip line. This isn't a necessary step, but we recommend it especially for those seeking a completely matte finish and/or simply for anyone who wants to extend the wear of a lipstick or gloss but doesn't have a specific lip primer.

Delivery Information

Capital Store delivers in Oman and we estimate that your order is expected to be delivered within 1 to 2 (one to two) working days inside Muscat and 4 to 5 (four to five) working days outside Muscat from the day you receive your order confirmation email.

For all orders of OMR20 and above: delivery will be free of charge

For all other orders below OMR20: delivery fee per invoice will be 2.5 OMR

If no one is available to accept delivery of the order, you will have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date or be given additional information about the collection of your order from the courier company.

Orders are delivered Saturday through Thursday, excluding Friday and public holidays.

During the delivery process you might be asked to show identification, this to ensure a correct delivery.




Returns Information

Consumer Protection Law grants you the right to exchange or return and redeem the price of a defective item according to the following:

You may exchange or return and redeem the price of an item within 15 days of receiving it.

The policy does not apply to the rapidly perishable goods.

An item may be exchanges or returned and refunded if it bears any defect, or does not meet with the standard specifications or the purpose of the contract.

A valid receipt must be provided.
