Eau de Toilette or Eau de Parfum?
While Eau de Toilette contains 5-9% of perfume oil, Eau de Parfum usually contains 8-14%. Eau de Parfums therefore last longer and smell more intense. Natural or synthetic fragrances? Perfumes with natural ingredients often smell different in batches based on the source of the ingredients, while synthetic ingredients usually have consistency in their smell and lasts longer. Notes and different smell after application? Perfumes are often designed with top, middle and base notes, and designed to smell different based on the time after application. For example, some top note citrus scents smell stronger immediately upon application, while a lavender middle note may be sensed after some time from application as the top note evaporates.

Delivery Information

Capital Store delivers in Oman and we estimate that your order is expected to be delivered within 1 to 2 (one to two) working days inside Muscat and 4 to 5 (four to five) working days outside Muscat from the day you receive your order confirmation email.

For all orders of OMR20 and above: delivery will be free of charge

For all other orders below OMR20: delivery fee per invoice will be 2.5 OMR

If no one is available to accept delivery of the order, you will have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date or be given additional information about the collection of your order from the courier company.

Orders are delivered Saturday through Thursday, excluding Friday and public holidays.

During the delivery process you might be asked to show identification, this to ensure a correct delivery.




Returns Information

Consumer Protection Law grants you the right to exchange or return and redeem the price of a defective item according to the following:

You may exchange or return and redeem the price of an item within 15 days of receiving it.

The policy does not apply to the rapidly perishable goods.

An item may be exchanges or returned and refunded if it bears any defect, or does not meet with the standard specifications or the purpose of the contract.

A valid receipt must be provided.
