According to greek mythology, saffron is central to the legend of young Crocus and Smilax. With the classic elegance of its amber notes, Byzantium Saffron embraces and enriches the passion of this ancient idyllic love. These notes, combined with Indonesian patchouli, make the perfume the olfactory passe-partout of those who love travelling in luxury to the most intriguing and exuberant lands.
The fragrance Byzantium Saffron expresses its strength through a vibrant red flacon. The dazzling design gives the strong impression of the precious Saffron contained in the fragrance. It is decorated with a golden tassel and a white, semi-transparent cap through which we can view the wind rose.
Byzantium Saffron takes inspiration from the Muda della Tana e di Romania.
The Muda della Tana e di Romania sailed alongside the Greek coasts, calling at the cities of Athens and then onto Constantinople and the Black Sea. Amongst the main raw materials traded in this area, particularly important to the Venetian market were musk, nutmeg, saffron and benzoin resin extracted from the storax plant.

Delivery Information

Capital Store delivers in Oman and we estimate that your order is expected to be delivered within 1 to 2 (one to two) working days inside Muscat and 4 to 5 (four to five) working days outside Muscat from the day you receive your order confirmation email.

For all orders of OMR20 and above: delivery will be free of charge

For all other orders below OMR20: delivery fee per invoice will be 2.5 OMR

If no one is available to accept delivery of the order, you will have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date or be given additional information about the collection of your order from the courier company.

Orders are delivered Saturday through Thursday, excluding Friday and public holidays.

During the delivery process you might be asked to show identification, this to ensure a correct delivery.




Returns Information

Consumer Protection Law grants you the right to exchange or return and redeem the price of a defective item according to the following:

You may exchange or return and redeem the price of an item within 15 days of receiving it.
