Delivery Information
Capital Store delivers in Oman and we estimate that your order is expected to be delivered within 1 to 2 (one to two) working days inside Muscat and 4 to 5 (four to five) working days outside Muscat from the day you receive your order confirmation email.
For all orders of OMR20 and above: delivery will be free of charge
For all other orders below OMR20: delivery fee per invoice will be 2.5 OMR
If no one is available to accept delivery of the order, you will have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date or be given additional information about the collection of your order from the courier company.
Orders are delivered Saturday through Thursday, excluding Friday and public holidays.
During the delivery process you might be asked to show identification, this to ensure a correct delivery.
Returns Information
Consumer Protection Law grants you the right to exchange or return and redeem the price of a defective item according to the following:
You may exchange or return and redeem the price of an item within 15 days of receiving it.
The policy does not apply to the rapidly perishable goods.
An item may be exchanges or returned and refunded if it bears any defect, or does not meet with the standard specifications or the purpose of the contract.
A valid receipt must be provided.
